Brown Sugar Hair opened its doors in October 2012 in Coogee. We had the vision of bringing a new raw, edgy and very unique salon to Coogee and to create a salon that meant that people do not need to travel to Paddington or the city to find a Luxurious salon with a fantastic service. Come and see our main salon floor catering for 13 individual clients with its raw and original characteristics including open service trays, original brick walls, recycled oregon stations and Marantz surround sound system. Have your hair washed in our separate wash room with soft lighting, Italian Massage chairs, old brick walls and original fireplace with cedar ceilings and soft music in the backround. This is the perfect place to unwind and relax and let the world pass by for a little while.

We have a luxurious spray tan room with a huge booth as we felt that the size of the srpay tanning rooms are just getting smaller and smaller so we wanted our clients to feel very comfortabe and at ease with plenty of space to have their tan applied and to comfortabely get changed.

Enjoy some refreshments from our menu including coffee, tea, juice, biscuits and many other refreshments available on request.

We use Loreal, Revlon Professional and amonia free colour on the salon floor and we stock many ranges in our retail section including - Kerastase, Keratin, Kevin Murphy, American Crew, Ofofluido, GHD, Nutri Colour Creme and all our staff are fully trained on all our products and we are constantly educating them on new ranges and techniques.
